Sorry for my English, I use an automatic translator
I bought my NitekX pre-order in January 2008. I waited 13 months for delivery of a model with battery problems. It took a lot of patience for the servicing action. It took another month for the publication of the Workbench’s Software.

As Claudio, when I try to connect my Nitek X, i choose the option “download usb drivers”, the program asks for reboot the computer ... but after the Workbench's Software still does not detect the NitekX. (several tests on two computers)
The functions of the Workbench’s Software are very basic, yet it does not work properly.

When will we have a GOOD software for use with the NitekX?
For example, as the Suunto Dive Manager software: it is small (no download continual), fast, he can print his dives, and it works very well.

This computer is really disappointing .... and support worthy of a manufacturer as Dive-Rite
Shearwater and other manufacturers are much quicker to react. For example, a manufacturer as "Heinrichs Weikamp" corrects a few days or sometimes a few hours, problems, and exchange defective products within one week.

Thanks

To Install the Workbench software was not easy, I had to modify the Shotcut
from
"C:\Documents and Settings\..." fxs://diverite.heliox.com/diverite...
To
"C:\Documents and Settings\..." fx://diverite.heliox.com/diverite...
to avoid an "Class not Fetch" error after that modification i did access the Workbench and play with some dive simulations but when i tryed to connect my Nitek X, i choose the option "download usb drivers" and it keeps stuck in "Installing USB Drivers" page for hours, the only option is close the program and open it again.
Im very disappointed for the Lack of support for Workbench's Software. i Want to suggest DiveRite to post a section only to address the process to install and use this software.
Thanks

Does version 1.1.0 fix the fluctuating deco time in the CC mode without 4th cell integration? Because this is really frustrating and could be deemed as false and dangerous information. My computer bounces all around during the shallow stops one minutes is says 99 minutes of deco which is false info, the next it say 64 minutes then 42 minutes then back to 99 minutes all false info. If this can’t be fix or has not been fixed I would like to return my computer for a full refund. The only time I feel like I am getting good info is during the last 10 minutes of deco. Not much fun and very frustrating during the first hour or so of the dive. Also after 10 minutes of bottom time it says 99 minutes of deco my on board electronics tells a much different story. Shearwater and Liquivision computers match up well to my onboard deco time if set to the same GF’s.
