Hi Lamar, on the website it is said that either the Nomad EXP or the Nomad XT is able to backmount double or single cylinder as well. My question is, I do not see any places to pass the straps on the back of the Nomad like the ones that are on the Transpac harness. Are they there or you must use a system with bolts and srews to secure the cylinders in order to use the holes in the soft plate of the Nomad.

The Nomad XT is built with the TransPac harness, however since it is modular all the pieces are separate and can be changed, if needed.

Fabio,

Sidemount is for all types of diving. You can sidemount bailout bottles with doubles backmount tanks or you can sidemount tanks for ocean diving. You can sidemount bailout bottles on rebreathers. Your choice.
