Preferred by divers who use scooters (DPVs) for extended periods of time due to the added comfort the 2-inch width provides. Used for fastening a harness and backplate securely to a diver's body, the 2-inch crotch strap is used to reduce the likelihood of gear slipping upwards on the body in the water, resulting in the tank hitting the back of the head during a dive. Continuous piece of nylon webbing provides strength, yet is soft and won't dig into the body. Includes a neoprene sleeve to protect exposure suit from abrasion. Made in the U.S.A.

• Two-inch nylon webbing crotch strap has 2,800 lbs tensile strength and is 42-inches long.
• Stainless steel 304 welded scooter ring for attaching scooter leash.

TransPac Harnesses made prior to Sept. 2008: When diving a 2-inch crotch strap a BC1059 Crotch Strap Adapter is necessary in order to attach the 2-inch crotch strap to the 1-inch D-ring on the TransPac.
