Warranty & Repair Policy

Lamartek Inc D/B/A Dive Rite, (“Dive Rite”) warrants its products to the original retail purchaser as follows:


This product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year (365 days) from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase receipt is required. The exclusive remedy for this warranty is that Dive Rite will, at its option, provide repair or replacement components for this product. Dive Rite reserves the right to discontinue or change materials, parts, models or products, or to make substitutions. To make a claim under this warranty, contact Dive Rite Service Department at 1-386-752-1087 or email at service@DiveRite.com. Proof of purchase is required. PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE OWNER REGISTRATION WITHIN (30) DAYS OF PURCHASE.


This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, commercial or rental use, after market modification, or damages which arise from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instruction. Repairs made under this warranty will not extend the warranty period. All further claims, especially for damage after diving accidents, are excluded from coverage under this warranty. Lamartek Inc D/B/A Dive Rite has no obligation to honor any extension of this warranty.


The warranty and remedies as set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied. In no event will Dive Rite, or the retailer selling this product, be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product.


Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Neither Dive Rite, nor the retailer selling this product, authorizes any person to create for it any other warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with this product.


Please visit the nearest, authorized Dive Rite retailer or authorized online retailer to purchase your Dive Rite equipment. A list of Dive Rite authorized retailers can be found on our website at Dive Rite Dealers. Not all products are available at all retailers. Dive Rite equipment purchased from unauthorized retailers, online auction sites, or as second hand items, are not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase may be required. While the warranty may not be honored, service repair may still be available for a fee.


In order to receive warranty consideration a product must be returned to the authorized Dive Rite dealer from which the product was purchased OR directly to Dive Rite Headquarters. NOTE: DIVE RITE AND ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY SHIPPING ON WARRANTY CLAIMS. Dive Rite will only accept returned equipment that has been issued a Return Authorization Number from the Dive Rite Service Department. To request a Return Authorization Number, call Dive Rite Service at 1-386-752-1087 and provide the following information:

  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Product name, model number and serial number (if applicable)
  • Date of Purchase

Dive Rite will only receive product that has a valid Return Authorization Number plainly visible on the outside of the box. Without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box the product will be refused. ALL returns are subject to inspection and final approval by Dive Rite certifying that the problem is covered by our warranty and not consumer abuse or damage due to shipping. Dive Rite is not responsible for damage due to shipping. Be sure to pack carefully. Dive Rite will only replace a product when necessary and with a comparable replacement. Credits are not issued for returned product.
